After the preliminary process is completed, your contractor can apply for permits.

1. Order all materials and clear the lot.
2. Build pad/ rough plumbing and drill well. 
3. Pour slab.
4. Erect building/ Frame interior/ Set windows and doors
5. MEP Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing
6. Once you pass inspections Insulate then get that inspected.
7. Drywall, Paint, interior doors, and trim.
8. Cabinets and tops followed by flooring and plumbing trim.
9. Ac trim and Electric trim.
10. Hardware then final paint and clean.
11. Final inspections and CO.
